Advanced Solar Photonics Enters the Solar Industry

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Advanced Solar Photonics (ASP), a division of Fonon Technology International (FTI).  Advanced Solar Photonics specializes in the latest generation of laser technology and laser products tailored to applications in the solar panel fabrication industry.   ASP’s parent company, Fonon Technology International, owns various processes and patents which places ASP in the unique position to develop new equipment for solar next generation panel processing utilizing this proprietary technology.   Fonon Technology, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, has been researching and developing high-tech Fiber and CO₂ laser systems since 1991.  These products are currently distributed worldwide to companies in many different industries including the solar industry.
Fonon moved its manufacturer facility two months ago from its 30,000 square feet of space to 320,000 square feet to accommodate the recent influx of system orders.  The new facility will also house a much larger research and development section, a full customer training center, and a fully trained customer service department.

This is an exciting time for Advanced Solar Photonics and an exciting time for the Solar Industry. With plans to expand ASP by hiring over 50 new employees by the end of the year to develop a next generation product line for the industry. ASP plans to be a huge contributor to this growing industry and is looking forward to partnering with other key players that have the vision and drive to move solar technology to the forefront of economic green energy. A recent analysis of policy options for building solar markets shows that by 2025, half of all new U.S. electricity generation could come from the sun. But this bright future will not happen without solid investment now.
